We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will accept postmarked returns within FIVE business days of RECIEPT on new, unworn products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee's boutiques are individually owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
*PLEASE NOTE* Any order that was shipped for free and later returned is subject to a $10 shipping charge deducted from the refund amount to cover the original cost of shipping.
